I’m Jason Bigham — husband, father, and founder of Evolve Kitchens.
I grew up on a farm in Gettysburg, PA, where hard work, honesty, and craftsmanship were a way of life. From early mornings in the fields to working beside my dad and grandfather, I learned what it meant to take pride in a job well done — and to always do what you say you’re going to do.
